Thanks! We’re looking forward to making it again soon. Our local farmers’ market has 2 seafood vendors. One is fresh and local from New Jersey and the other sources from sustainable sources in Alaska, so we get the best of both worlds. I lived in the desert of Las Vegas for 4 years, so I realize how lucky we are!

Hi guys. What a nice cioppino! I wish we lived closer to the sea. I so love fresh seafood. We get it somewhat fresh in DFW but it is soooo expensive. This looks delightful.

Beautifully done and I love the pasta bed for the fish and to catch all the nice flavors of the sauce and fish. I would love to eat this.

I love it when things work out. I’ve never thought about coffee in a barbecue sauce although I have used coffee in a meat rub. I’ll have to give this a try.
