For Sunday lunch, we had delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwiches made with all local ingredients. We used Whole Wheat Three Seed bread from Big Sky Bakery in Wilmington, DE and Peanut Butter from Green Aisle Grocery here in Philadelphia. We recently bought two spreads from Metropolitan Bakery a couple of blocks away, both from Tait Farm Foods in Centre Hill, PA. We made one sandwich with their Apricot Butter and one with their Blackberry Jam.
