We’ve been experimenting with making bitters and recently brought some over to one of our favorite places, Rex 1516, to let the bartender and manager try them since we often talk about various cocktail recipes. Turns out, they liked them enough to use our bitters in a drink for their new cocktail menu! Named Pan’s Elemental, it uses Rhum Barbancourt, Philadelphia Distilling’s Vieux Carre Absinthe, Cardamaro,Lime and our bitters. So proud and happy to have our efforts honored in this way!
